And Tobben’s work is completed!
Golden T spent this weekend locked in the studio, putting down the drums for our new batch of songs. In his own detailed words:
“I am DONE!
DONE!!!”
That’s all you need to hear. Now it’s time for J to get his ass into the vocal booth and record his stuff before we can send it over to Unisound and Mr. Swanö for the mixes. We’ll keep you informed about everything as we go along.

Tobben enters the studio today!
The time has come. With guitars and bass already completed, it’s time for Golden T to enter Big Balls Productions to put down a ton of songs that you all will hear in 2013. Finally this is coming together and Tobben will keep you updated on the progress over at our Facebook page as often as possible all weekend. So, bookmark it and keep an eye on it the coming days, ok?

2 weeks until the recording!
Yeah, April came fast, it seems. In a mere 2 weeks Tobben will enter Big Balls Productions and put down the drums for the 11 new tracks we have in store for you this year. We know you have waited for this to happen, and so have we. Can’t tell you how much we are dying to get this new batch of tunes out to you all. You will be blown away, for sure. Here is a video of Tobben rehearsing one of the tracks. Check it out and have your jaws dropped to the floor in the process. We’ll try to keep you guys updated on our forums and our Facebook page as we go along. In the meantime J and K are rehearsing in their own way, as can be seen to the right.

Plans for 2013…
Without telling you guys too much of what we have in store for you, let’s just say we plan to give you a hella lot more music in 2013 compared to what we did in 2012 (1 goddamn recording…). We have our plans laid out and if everything works out, 2013 will be a glorious year for Torture Division. We might even be taking over the world. We also plan to get some new merch made as soon as we have the money for it. We’ll see what we end up with. Any graphic artists out there who’d like to have their work on a Torture Division shirt? Holler at us through torturedivision@gmail.com. We’re sure we can work something out. In the meantime, order one of the few shirts we have left for now.
So, bah-bah to 2012 and hello 2013. Enjoy the holidays.

Luleå and Umeå… wow!
Though the number of people showing up weren’t of Metallica quantities, you guys really brought the best out of us. We had a total blast and there’s a huge chance Umeå got to see us pulling off one of our finest gigs ever. Thank you, guys. You fueled us and it was a total blast. The organizers in Umeå, Petra, Mats and c/o are the best people we have ever worked with, and they always go that extra mile when they take care of their bands. We salute you. Thanx to the crew in Luleå as well, and of course a shout out to Nifelheim for the good time and to all of you who showed up and gave us your tremendous support. Shortly we will update our merch page, so stay tuned for that. Now we take the rest of the year off (unless something awesome comes up that we didn’t expect) and will be back stronger than ever in 2013. You’ll see… The plans are already made.
