Wanna hear what Mastodon really should sound like?
We thought so, and that’s why we have decided to record a cover of their tune “Iron tusk”. Why this particular song? None of us listens to Mastodon, you know. Well, to make a long story short; this cover was meant to end up on a compilation CD (spanning over albums from the 1990′s to 2011, and we all know Mastodon’s a quality act that people obviously dig, recording a tune by them would give us major exposure to further dominate the world… ehum…), that eventually never saw the light of day – meaning we now give it to you becoz we are absolutely amazing. This is how we would have made this song, had we written it in the first place. But we didn’t, we just thought it would be nice to Mastodon to make a proper tune out of it. Kidding, kidding… Mastodon’s cool. They are no Torture Division, but hey – can’t win them all. Hope you guys enjoy it – we sure did when we recorded it. As reported earlier, our latest demo “Through the eyes of a dead” will be available at this very site in a few weeks. You can prolly find it on the Internet already – which of course is fine by us. Ravishing rampage rehearsal.
Here’s a clip of K and Tobben rehearsing “Ravishing rampage sluts” some week ago. J wasn’t there becoz he was busy burning churches and spreading the word of Satan. It’s nothing spectacular (of course it is, it’s fucken Torture Division), but we thought some of you might appreciate a look into the glamorous life of 2 death metal stars. Any eventual playing mistakes are rehearsed as well, to spice things up a little.

Third trilogy update!
J‘s working hard on the lyrics and has come up with some real cool fucken stories this time around. Obviously we put so much work into alot of our stuff – and still it goes unnoticed. It seems like no one’s noticed a special thing about the last trilogy CD actually… We thought it’d be very obvious, but nope, haha… Maybe we shouldn’t care so much about putting in all these small little details since no one catches them anyways – but then again, we really dig doing it and if someone spots them – that’s making it kinda worth the extra effort.
Tobben is real stoked about this new material and I can’t wait to get his drums sometime in January. It’s always a fucken pleasure to put down guitar on his stuff. Then it’s time for J to do bass and vocals. We plan, as mentioned, to have this completed by late January. Hopefully Swanö isn’t too swamped with work and can squeeze us in somewhere in his tight schedule. Fuck knows he shits out our productions when he starts working with them. That guy is just fabulous.

Brand new track available!
Wanna hear “Bring on the corpses”? Ofcourse you do. Obviously you can now listen to it on Spotify. We will also upload Dan Swanö‘s version of it asap. This version that you’ll hear on Spotify was mixed by the Big Balls Productions guys, but since we recorded it when we did “Evighetens DÃ¥rar II” we have the Swanö treatment for it as well.
