Yeah, we know – it’s been silent at this site for month or so but that’s soon about to change. We do occasionally post over at our Facebook page from time to time if you feel like interacting with us there. In a few weeks Tobben will enter Big Balls Productions to lay down his drums for our 3 new demos as well as the 2 split singles that are coming this year. As mentioned before, it’s been something like 15 months since we last gave you guys a recording, which truly fucken blows, and we are trying to make sure that will not happen again. Amongst these 11 brand new tracks we have decided which 3 will make up the first demo of this coming trilogy, and man – are we satisfied with them and certain that it will blow you guys away… You just wait. We will try to keep you informed when the recording of the drums starts so you know what’s up and how everything is going. With some luck we might even be able to hand you a video clip or two as well. We’ll see…
Also, we already told you that we have recorded all the guitars and the bass in The Dungeon (K‘s home studio) and J is working on completing all the lyrics as we type this. Things are moving forward, as you might notice. Keep your fingers crossed that Mr. Magnificent (aka Dan Swanö) isn’t all too fucken busy when he gets our shit, meaning it won’t take too long for him to find some free time to mix the first demo for you guys. We can’t fucken wait to hand this brutality over to you lot, that’s for sure. Continue to be patient. You will be rewarded.
Not only are we dying to complete these recordings, we are very eager to get out to the stages again and perform our shit live since it’s been a while. And to be able to do that with tons of new material feels fantastic. We are definitely getting an overload of songs to choose from for our future gigs. A luxury problem, to put it mildly. At the moment there are no gigs announced but hopefully that will pick up with the coming batch of demos being released.
In other news: Our next CD, “The Army Of Three”, will be released thru Abyss Records as soon as possible. We really don’t know how long it will take before it happens, but it shouldn’t take forever. We are also talking to a few other people about a possible vinyl release for some Torture Division material. Nothing is confirmed yet as for what will come out of this, but as soon as we know – you will be informed.
Last off, we still have some beautiful merch for sale, so enter the merch page and place your order.

1. 3 demos, all consisting of 3 songs each.
2. 1 physical split with the mighty Asphyx. We will give you a brand new song and a cover, originally made by one of the finest bands ever.
3. 1 split with another great band, which we can’t announce just yet.
4. The last 2 demos on CD thru Abyss Records, including a track you have never heard, the “LiK” tune and “Bring on the corpses” (Dan Swanö mix) that was released on a compilation CD a few years back. We’re waiting on the word from Abyss when this CD will see the light of day. When it’s released we will have copies for sale, so make sure to buy one thru us to support TD directly.
In the middle of all this we’re hoping to get some live dates for the summer, but nothing is confirmed just yet. And guys, have you bought a shirt yet? If not, do so.
Stay tuned for more updates, ladies and gents.

Surprisingly enough and more than a month before expected we just got the “LiK” mix from Swanö, that old bastard. And it sounds fucken magnificent! We can never thank Dan enough for endorsing us with these mixes since day one, we’d be half the fucken band without him.
This means that everything is ready for Abyss Records to compile these demos and unreleased tunes so you can have it on CD in a near future. In the meantime, buy some merch!

We won’t tell ya just yet what it’s for, but yeah – another tune is completed for a special thing coming later this year. We have talked about doing this for quite some time and now was the time for it. If all goes as planned it’ll be a split download with another great act featuring some quite recognizable names in their ranks. Should be absolutely awesome.
We also wanna thank all of you who’ve ordered merch from us lately. Check the merch page before ordering anything so you know we have the size you want and so forth and so on. Stay tuned for more new as we go along.

Before we can have Abyss Records putting together the next CD entitled “The army of three” we have to mix the song “LiK” first. Mr. Swanö is a very busy guy and will take care on said mix as soon as possible. After that it’s all up to Abyss to complete the damn thing. We will have copies for sale as soon as it’s released so feel free to order it directly from us and support Torture Division when the time comes. We will let you know thru here and over at our Facebook page as always. We were recently “offered” to play a gig in the US if “- you are in the States” at the specific dates. Well, that’s nice and all, and we’re honored, but it’s not like we go over to the US each and every week so we had to decline, haha… Thanx for thinking about us though. Who knows, perhaps we’ll be able to bring the world’s best death metal over to that country one of these days?
As mentioned before, we have a few things in the pipelines but nothing is confirmed yet so we can’t announce anything at this point. Hopefully it all works out and we can go public with this asap, we’ll see.
Also, the merch page is updated and you guys have shown tremendous support over the last weeks with these new shirts. We thank you so much for it since you made us pull this off so fast with the printing costs and everything. Cheers to you all.
