Want the “Skeleton” shirt?
We need to check if there’s any interest for this particular shirt since we can’t afford to print shirts just for the hell of. The downside of being a DIY band, you know. Go to this post for more information and thanx to Devilish for the amazing design. Apart from that we wanna thank the close to 3000 people who have downloaded “Evighetens dårar III” the last week and a half or so.
Spread the word!

More photos from the Getaway Festival gig.
A bunch of backstage photography courtesy of the amazing Peter Herneheim is now available at our official MySpace. Go check them out.
Also, all Skeletons shirts are now sold out. We will print more of those as soon as we get enough donations to finance it.
Again, thanx so much to everyone who attended the gig.

“Evighetens Dårar III” now released!
Here it is! The last installment in our second trilogy. This is “Evighetens Dårar III“. Before we continue we have a few things to say about this demo:
First off, once again we wanna thank Dan Swanö at Unisound for continuing to support us and endorse us with these mixes. We give him files that sound like shit and he makes it into what you can hear. We have absolutely no idea how he does it, but it’s safe to say that we wouldn’t sound this fantastic without his magic. We take such a huge bow we almost break our backs. If you play in band and want someone to hand you a killer sound for your product – GIVE IT TO MR. SWANÖ! That’s not a suggestion, it’s a fucken order. You can contact Dan thru his Unisound website at www.unisound.se. Once again, Dan: thank you so much for doing this for us, for believing in our cause and for being the best. You sir are a fucken hero. Thank you.
Second, we have the superstars of Millencollin. These fucken guys approached us and let us know that we were welcome to use their Soundlab Studios if we wanted to. There’s no reason for these guys to be this cool and support Torture Division, but they did – and we can’t thank them enough either. Soundlab is a professional studio with a killer atmosphere where alot of excellent albums have been recorded during the years. We can most definitely recommend you guys to record there if you want a great product with a killer sound. Get in touch with them and make your band step up a notch. We’re so kind that we’re handing out you the link once more: www.myspace.com/soundlabstudios. You guys are ace. Now we just wait for the photos where the guys pimp Torture Division by wearing our shirts. That will give them some cred in the world of metal, haha… Seriously, thanks so much.
Of course we thank Guger for throwing together the cover and everything for this demo as well. Amazing work as always. Now you can take all three of these covers for trilogy 2 and put them next to each other and you’ll have great picture to look at. Also, have you noticed something special about this trilogy? Look close and you might see it.
And we can’t deny the fact that the addition of Raubtier’s madman Hulkoff in the title track really gave the tune a fantastic kick in the nuts. It turned out amazing. Thanx a fucken load for being cool and doing this with us. You should be truly honoured, haha…
We will never be able to thank Marko Saarelainen enough for the work he does with our websites and everything. This guy is the backbone of everything you see when it comes to TD (and few other bands and whatnot related to us) on the Internet. We wouldn’t look as good without him. Get in touch with him if you need some ace looking covers/CD booklets and/or websites. Thanx, sis! You rule.
And last off, not that it has anything to do with this demo but hey… Thanx to Peter “Efil” Andersson who’s doing a fantastic job for us in general when it comes to gigs and whatnot. You are ace, man.
So, here you go… “Evighetens Dårar III” – the world’s best death metal once again. Do not forget that we truly appreciate any donations you can give us as a “thank you” for giving you free music all the time. We use those donations for future recordings, merch and whatnot, so by donating you help us survive coz we certainly do not make any money off this band – and we never thought we would. But by donating you help us keep this going.
This will most likely be the last demo for this year since we have The Project Hate MCMXCIX and Vomitory albums to record this fall, leaving little room to create something with Torture Division. What we will do though is play live when the chance is given. We have some gigs coming up later on this fall, and we’ll anounce them as soon as they are a 100%.
Thanx for your support. Now download the new demo and prepare to get completely battered.
Torture Division FTW!

“Evighetens Dårar III” recorded! And more news…
Yeah, yeah… We know… We are such bastards. We haven’t even hinted at us doing anything at the moment except for preparing for the Getaway Festival gig in a few weeks. That’s how we like it, you should never know what we are up to. Thing is, we completed this demo some month back or so. The last part of trilogy 2. The circle is now complete with this final installment in the “Evighetens Dårar” campaign. But… and here’s the fun part – we will not give it to you just yet. How about that, huh? We know you can’t keep yer panties on in anticipation for this third piece of death metal butchering, created the way only we can create it. We can’t help you though – you’ll just have to squeeze those legs together and try to survive for another bunch of weeks. Why is this the case then? Well…
(Disclaimer: If nothing fucks up the plans, the following is how we are planning it… We are waiting for some cool backing vocals to arrive before we can complete it. Our personal hero Swanö‘s already mixed the damn thing, he’s just waiting for the backing vocals for the last track.)
We have told you before that we have something special planned for all of you who come to the Getaway Festival gig, right? This actually has nothing to do with what we have in mind, but we thought we should hand out some advance copies of this brand new muthafucken recording to the ones in the front row at this very gig. Yep, how’s that for a “thank you”? We will release the damn thing officially a few days or a week after this event, so if you can’t attend you’ll get it for free later on, as always when it comes to Torture Division. Do not forget, we give you the world’s best death metal for free, which brings us to the following:
We will have a new t-shirt at this gig as well (check the picture, stoopid. There is a back print as well, but we are not showing it). A new Torture Division affiliate named Devilish will work with us when he and we feel like it. Just becoz we dig his style and we believe it’s about time he gets some exposure and jobs – the guy fucken deserves it. You need a design for something? Talk to the fucken dude and make sure you pay him good. Torture Division is not going to make him rich – we just settle for making him well-known. Yeah, we are that nice. (We have another shirt coming as well by good’ol Guger, who’s done a bunch of shirts and whatnot for us, but that one isn’t completed at this very point in time. It’ll surface sooner or later we’re sure). So, the gig… Make sure to be there if you can. It’s going to be a fucken blast (by the way, this has nothing to do with what we have up our sleeves for the gig either, these are just bonuses. There’s something even more special happening there in concert… Nice, huh?).
Now we’ll concentrate on recording albums with our other bands in the fall of 2010, but you never know – maybe we’ll be able to squeeze in the first demo of trilogy 3 somewhere during all that. We don’t count on it though, we just plan to do a gig every now and then and blast tunes from these 2 trilogies that we have done so far on stage, just to start off 2011 with a bang. But as mentioned, you never know what we are up to…
Keep an eye on our forums and our site for info when the demo is officially released. And if we have any leftover shirts after the gig, we will sell those thru the site as always. Looking forward to see ya in Gävle at the Getaway Festival.
That’s a wrap for now.

Thank you, Örebro!
We take a bow to the 500 guys and gals who came to the gig where we supported The Haunted. It was fantastic and we did one of the best gigs in our career. Cheers to Raubtier and The Haunted for being ace guys as well. Photos from this gig and the evening are available at the forums. Also, we sold all the merch we had brought with us so that section is now updated. Take a look there before ordering anything.
Next gig is at the Inferno Festival in Norway. We are looking forward to that. We also got the last backing vocals for the new demo so that one will be delivered to Swanö shortly. It’s close now…
