We will crush Metaltown again!
It is with joy we announce that Torture Division will play the fabulous Metaltown Festival in Gothenburg on June 18th. We did our debut gig there a few years back and are now confirmed to enter the stage again to completely destroy the place, something we look forward to so much. In advance we wanna thank F.K.Ü., our true brothers, for lending us all the gear we need for this gig since they are playing the same festival. We truly love you for it.
We hope to see you guys there when we will deliver the world’s best death metal to our loyal supporters. Also, make sure to buy one of our latest shirts as we will print a new stock for this gig. You already know that we invest the money you pay for those into new merch and recordings that we give you for free, but we feel it’s appropriate and important to point it out so you understand how important it is to us.

Some photos and videos from Metallsvenskan!
Our blogging friend Demonia’s upped quite a bunch of photos and a couple of videos from our gig at Metallsvenskan last weekend. You can go here, scroll down, and enjoy the carnage. And someone managed to actually get a shot of The Knifer as he entered the stage and covered us in blood. Once again we wanna thank everyone who attended this great gig, we sure had a blast. Now we are looking forward to the next gigs coming up this year. Nothing confirmed yet but we are in negotiations with a few places and look forward to getting back on stage and give you the world’s best death metal.
And last off we wanna inform you that our latest shirt is about to get sold out now, so make sure to click the merch section and get your copy of it before it’s too late. Whenever we have the funds we will print new merch for you guys, but since we are not exactly selling hundreds and hundreds of shirts or CD’s it might take a while. We still have a bunch of CD’s though, so make sure to buy one if you haven’t already. The money we make from this band goes straight back into the recordings and so forth to further be able to give you our music for free, as you hopefully already know.

New demo and whatnot!
After the successful gig at Metallsvenskan we are now looking at some offers for festivals during the summer. Nothing is set in stone yet but if it all comes together it will be fun. As soon as we have any news about the eventual gigs we will let you know. It seems like the demand for the world’s best death metal band on stage is increasing.
Besides that we can reveal that we completed the tunes for demo 8 some months ago. Yep, we really are that productive. We haven’t planned when to record these monstrous tracks yet but are thinking about trying to do it during the summer sometime. As always we have fired up some insane death metal and we are sure you’ll take a great liking it it when you eventually get to hear it. We will work with some details within the songs to further enhance them up until recording them, and J has yet to write the lyrics for everything – but when the time comes you will be blown the fuck away. As always.

Success!
The gig at Metallsvenskan was a complete victory for Torture Division, and we sure delivered the metal of death as it’s supposed to be delivered. It was a blast to premiere a bunch of new songs that we have never even played together before. We nailed the shit. Also, we have now updated our merch section with the amount of shirts we have left, so make sure to check that before ordering. We wanna thank Janne and Kimmo for doing this festival and we wish them nothing but the best for the future. We also wanna thank Bitch and Karlsson for helping out with all the instruments and whatnot, as always. You guys are real pros. And last off we, ofcourse wanna thank The Knifer who unexpectedly entered the stage during his song and drowned us in some deserving victim’s blood. Thanx to everyone who attended. You deserved us.
