Torture on National radio!
We were just informed that Torture Division will be played on National Radio (P3) this coming Thursday, 25th of March. The show starts at 21:03 and ends at 23:00. Listen to it on the web. Click “Lyssna pÃ¥ webbradio” on the top left and devour The Torture. Or you can go about and listen to the mp3′s as always – all up to you.

A few new rehearsal pictures available!
Yeah, this weekend we had a rehearsal for the upcoming Inferno Festival gig and got some photos taken. Click this link to see some of them. This was the first time we played the new material from “Evighetens dÃ¥rar II” together and we are looking forward to debut these tunes live.
Also, the fantastic Henrik Hedlund of Chaos Media managed to take a load of new promo shots of Torture Division this weekend, something we are extremely thankful for. Henrik is so talented when it comes to photography and having him shoot us (not literally) is an honour. To be the best you have to work with the best – and in this case it goes both ways.

“Evighetens DÃ¥rar II” available now!
We have absolutely no fucken idea what Mr. Dan Swanö eats for breakfast but it can’t be healthy for mere mortals. Yesterday we handed over our shitty sounding files to him and expected a mix in a week or 2. Today he handed over the complete fucken thing for us to worship. We have stated this numerous of times before and we will do it again, and again, and again… We can never thank Dan enough for endorsing us with these mixes, taking time off from his busy schedule to help us out with our agenda to spread the world’s best death metal for free – without us paying him anything but the occasional 30 bucks and free merch. Seriously, we actually gave him half of our bank account for this demo, not becoz he asked for it but becoz we wanted to, that explains how much we earn doing this. Hardly what he deserves, that’s for sure.
Thank you, Dan. Thanks so incredibly fucken much for being one of the coolest sons of bitches in this world, and for helping us shape our sound into the eternal depths of insane brutality. Whatever the fuck that means, but it sure sounded like something a death metal band should say. Maybe not in a news post, more like in a press sheet that is sent to magazines. Fuck that, we don’t need magazines or record labels – we manage all fine as we are.
Well, here you go, “Evighetens DÃ¥rar II” – free of charge (we do have a donation page – if you feel we are worthy of your lousy 5 or 10 bucks as a thanx for giving you incredible death metal – USE THE FUCKEN PAYPAL BUTTON and help supporting our cause! “Evighetens DÃ¥rar II” to be released March 3rd!
It’s close now. We didn’t know we would have this demo ready so fast after delivering the raw files to Swanö… But that’s how it goes obviously. Tomorrow morning, CET, the highly anticipated second part of trilogy 2 is being released worldwide (Internet FTW!), for free. Keep an eye on this site.

“Evighetens DÃ¥rar II” – details revealed!
Did you guys really think we would put Charles Manson on the cover for the second part of trilogy 2? Ofcourse not. And naturally we lied about the song titles as well. Here you can see the next cover, the real one, and while we are at it – let us reveal the titles and whatnot for you. As we have told you before we recorded 4 tunes this time around. 3 for the demo and 1 (more info on that one later) for an upcoming compilation CD that some guys from Tobben‘s hometown Karlstad are putting together. The three that ends up on “Evighetens dÃ¥rar II” are:
1. Total death punishment
2. Overtorture (bound to be dead)
3. Righteous fore ensemble
Probably the three most intense tracks we have written so far. There are blastbeats, insanity, groove and all-around murder displayed within these tunes – all clocking in at a total of some 10 minutes or so. We are very, very satisfied with these compositions and can’t wait until we get to hear the crushing mix that Dan Swanö will hand over to us in a bit. Again, we can’t thank Dan enough for supporting our cause with these mixes – he’s really giving us the final edge that we need to make our death metal come across like we want it to. Thanx, Dan – you truly are phenomenal. Also, this time around we managed to squeeze in some excellent backing vocals from Swedish thrashers F.K.Ãœ., which is something we are extremely happy about. Those guys are amazing and they sure managed to hand over some trademark thrash choirs to even further add to the brutality. Thanx, guys!
So, now you have all the details about the coming demo, all that is left is to keep an eye on this site and our forums so you know when it will be available for free downloading (as always). It will be worth the wait.
